It's ashamed that this game hasn't gotten more promotional support. It's not a bad game and it's easily the best game in the series.
This game adds dual steering control. In a real monster truck both the front and rear wheels steer. This is the first game in the series to allow you to control both the front and rear steering. It also has the best graphics of the series. This was not a "slap and ship" affair like many of the titles listed below.
I've played more than a few racing/driving games that are much much worse: Nail'd, Fuel, Indianapolis 500 Evolution, Import Tuner Challenge, Wheelman, WoO: Sprint Cars, Race Pro, Baja 1000 (not to be confused with Baja Edge of Control was pretty good), Pocketbike Racer, Crash Time: Autobahn Pursuit & Autobahn Polizei to name a few...
So if you want to play a fun arcade style racer with decent graphics, race type diversity, decent controls and a good attempt at course design, give this one a try.
