(More customer reviews)I am using this adapter with a Zalman Zm-mic1 on my 4gb Xbox. So far (two weeks) it's been very clear (according to others) and has not lost connection. The controller to adapter fit is snug with no play and the mic to adapter fit also has zero play in it. I cannot comment on the headphone jack as I have my headphones plugged into a headphone amp and directly to the TV. Aside from the logo and white color I wouldn't change a thing.
