(More customer reviews)I got one of these a long time ago when my Microsoft controller sadly developed a short somewhere in the cord. It still works, so it's got better longevity than the original 360 controller (surprise!). The controller is pretty comfortable and the layout of the start and back buttons makes it good for just using half of the controller in PC FPS games. Having worn down the left stick to the plastic, I can attest to the fact that it's perfectly usable without the rubber. It's a bit like the Pelican Afterglow GC C-stick underneath. I don't recommend playing that way for 12+ hours, but casual gaming with a worn stick is fine. Controller ages well, basically.
Some bad points. For some reason or another, it didn't seem too cooperative on a real Xbox 360. I usually play on my computer, but I played some games with a friend and it was less than perfect. The home button didn't work and the A button was laggy in Madden 11 (missed kick party). The sticks also seem to have a larger deadzone than the default controller. Works fine for a second player controller on Halo. Speaking of the home button, the stock one looks horrible and sets really low. I replaced it with the original Microsoft button and it's much better. The rumble motors also use the Microsoft controller hookups, so you can swap those too.
Long story short. Great deal. Good PC controller. Decent 360 controller.
