(More customer reviews)I was skeptical about purchasing these skins, as they are not faceplates. I took the dive and I am happy with the product. I purchased two and they work great. Delivery folded the box in half and I was nervous the skin would show the fold, but it did not at all. They are definitely reusable. You can get small air bubbles when installing them, but just remember to take your time.
I would suggest removing the faceplate of course, clean it with an alcohol pad. Put the skin on and start in the middle between the fret and strummer. Work outward in each direction until you reach the end of the faceplate. If you get an air bubble that doesn't move out by pushing, just simply pull the skin back past the air bubble and reapply. Going slow will assure a great look. Took me about 15 minutes to get it placed well with no bubbles.
