I have had problems with eye strain/headaches after extended gaming periods for a while now. After I got these glasses it all changed. I normally don't wear them until I start experiencing trouble, and then I slip them on, and almost instantly any eyestrain/headaches are alleviated. The only problem is that after a while they cause a little discomfort from where they sit on my head, but this could just be because of the shape of my head. Overall these are a very good product and for 65 dollars I believe they are well worth the money.
