It will take you about 20 minutes to put the controller onto it. the way it is built, it doesnt fit the controller exactly, so you have to try varying degrees until you slide the controller into the dock perfectly. Over time it will just destroy the usb port on your controller because your constantly hitting the controller and grinding it trying to get it in.
I suggest something else, I threw mine away after having it for about 3 months I got sick of always trying to fit it in.
