Wish I could help the few that had issues troubleshoot.
I have optical running to my pioneer surround amp and VGA going to my 32" LCD.
My HD DVD drive and 2 controller/charger adapters plugged into the built-in 4 port hub. Everything works PERFECT!VGA is the best way to get your DVD movies upscaled (360 doesn't do that with component)
