(More customer reviews)The case does not have directions, if you take your time and look at the new case for screw holes, snaps, etc. It will come together. I suggest taking the old heat shield on the inside of the old white shell and place on the new shell. If you use a flat head screw driver to knock off the plactic melted qty: 2 rivet(s) tipsfrom the heat shield it will come out with no issues. I have read this heat shield is not needed......If you want to keep your xbox noise down and new shell from warping and your internal temp down,,,,,I suggest using it. I wanted to upload a picture but I can't find my XBOX 360, it is camoflauged after all. I will upload a picture soon.
