If you are going to a gaming tournament, you no longer need to carry around a large monitor around with you: plug and play and when you're done simply close the monitor like a laptop.
You might think that this is unneccessary but when you get to feel and see the actual product, you learn to appreciate its value. Sure you can get a bigger screen for a better price, but this monitor offers the same quality as those monitors + portability.
