My 6 year old son really likes Zuma and wanted more like it, so we downloaded free trials for all Vista-compatible games from the Pop Cap website, and Peggle was good enough to buy. It's addictive, so be careful. Kids like it because it's relatively easy to succeed, and the game gives lots of positive feedback, along with a fireworks celebration and "Ode to Joy" when you complete a challenge. It's also challenging enough to keep the grown-ups from getting bored.
Addition to original review: I would now like to add that this game is also addictive for my 76 year old father! One thing that makes this game nice is that isn't timed, so it's fun even if you don't have quick reflexes. But it is still challenging because you can still strategize on "aiming" your balls. We like this game so much that we have also purchased Peggle Nights, which is more of the same. Great job, Pop Cap Games!
