The Shadow The Hedgehog controller by Nubytech is made to go with your copy of the game of the same name. Now you can control Shadow with style and get a good feel for his powers and abilities at the same time. The controller has a reduced size for maximum comfort, features authentic art from the game, has a special "mode" button in the middle that lights up yellow around the edges to look like a power ring (although I haven't quit figured out it's function yet), has cool little Black Arms symbols on the trigger buttons instead of the usual PlayStation symbols and comes in a really cool looking package, (it's hard plastic with a black backing and a red dome front), that doubles as a really cool looking protective case. It's L2 and R2 buttons are also cool because they are designed to look and feel like gun triggers. When it comes to kickin' booty, Shadow wouldn't control it any other way, and neither would I. This is one bad a** controller! (Update 4/24/09) Yeah, I know, it's been a while but I figured out the function of the mode button about two years ago, I just forgot to add it to this review. The mode button replaces the analog button found on most ordinary PS2 controllers which allows the player to switch between analog mode (sticks are turned on) and conventional mode (sticks are turned off and the D-pad is used for movement). However, I've found that the function for the mode button on this particular controller only works for the Shadow game that it was designed to be paired with.
