(More customer reviews)I've had the original product for over a year now. The original batteries are still going strong. I purchased two additonal wiimotes, so I got 2 new batteries. Neither one of them held the charge. They charges for more than 12 hours, and lasted less than 5 seconds each. So I let them charge again overnight. Nothing doing. Maybe a faulty pair? I don't know. I returned them and Amazon quickly sent another set in the mail. I'll post back when the new pair is tested.
UPDATE: I got a second set (which Amazon was great to respond). They worked for about 2 weeks, then lost their charge again. When I first purchased the unit, over a year ago, it worked great, now these batteries just don't work anymore. I'm now looking for a new solution.
